Cooking Night at the UJC: Developing a Dish

Learn to prepare components of a meal with
Award-Winning Chef, Richard Mason.

Then enjoy the meal you’ve
prepared, with wine pairings.

Chef Richard Mason completed his culinary apprenticeship under Chef Marcel Desaulniers.
Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Chef Mason received his Culinary Certification.
He then worked with Chef Desaulniers for 7 years at the original Trellis Restaurant in Williamsburg VA. Chef Mason also worked with Chef Dave Everett at Ford’s Colony Restaurant, also in Williamsburg.
For the past 23 years,  Chef Mason has worked at the Williamsburg Landing as Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
Chef Mason is also an award-winning Food Show chef and has been featured on the Midday Cooking Demo on WAVY TV 10. 

Monday, Nov. 13th – 6:30pm
$15 per person
