iRest Yoga Nidra

We are excited to welcome Elaine Fletcher Chapman to lead us in iRest Yoga Nidra. This transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry is utilized in Veterans Affairs and Civilian hospitals, military bases, hospice and homeless shelters. Research shows iRest Yoga Nidra helps to reduce PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and chemical dependency while increasing health, resiliency and well being.  Elaine is certified in iRest Yoga Nidra, holds a Masters in Fine Arts, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
