2 (14 oz) cans whole tomatoes with juice 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 jalapeno (chopped) juice of 1/2 a lime 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp sugar
Put the tomatoes (without juice) and all the other ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency. Add reserved tomato juice if you like your salsa thinner. Test and adjust seasonings.
